How to Install Amazon Kindle 8th Generation USB Drivers
- Download the Amazon Kindle Fire USB Driver package (kindle_fire_usb_driver.zip) on your computer and extract it to Desktop.
- Once the Amazon drivers package is extracted, you'll find the Amazon Kindle Fire ADB Drivers setup file (Fire_Devices ADB drivers.exe).
- Open the Amazon Kindle Drivers setup as administrator.
- Now, the "Fire_Devices USB Drivers for ADB Support Setup" window should open.
- It is recommended to leave the default destination folder and click on Install.
- Now, the device driver installation wizard window should open. Click on Next to continue.
- If Windows Security window asking, "Would you like to install this device software?" pops-up. Click on Install to continue.

- Confirm the Hardware driver to install and click on Next to begin the installation process.
- Once installed, click on Finish.
- Follow Steps #3 to #13 again and install the Android Bootloader Interface driver and Android Composite ADB Interface driver.
- Once all the listed drivers are installed, reboot your computer.

- Download and extract the 15 Seconds ADB installer zip file on your computer. Once extracted, you'll find the ADB driver installer setup file.
- Right-click on the ADB installer setup file and select Run as administrator.
- Now 15 seconds ADB driver installer command prompt window should open on your computer.
- It should ask whether you want to install the ADB driver and Fastboot driver. Press the Y key and then press Enter.
