How to Install IMO Discovery II CDC Drivers

1. Download the android-cdc-driver.zip file on your computer and extract it on Desktop.
2. Open the Device Manager on your computer by searching device manager from Windows Start Menu.
3. Now click on your Computer name in the Device Manager window.
4. Now click on Action and then select Add legacy hardware.
5. Add Hardware Wizard window should open, click on Next to continue.
6. Now select Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced) option and click on Next.
7. Select Show All Devices from the list and click on Next.
8. On the next screen, click on Have Disk… to open the Install From Disk window.
9. Click on Browse… and navigate to the folder where you have extracted the drivers in Step #1.
10. Now select Android_Gadget_CDC_driver.inf file and click on Open and then on OK.
11. Select the Android Gadget VCOM Driver from the list and click on Next.
12. Confirm the Hardware driver to install and click on Next to begin the installation process.
13. Once installed, click on Finish.
14. Follow Steps #3 to #13 again and install the Gadget Serial, MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM (Android), and MediaTek USB Port drivers.
15. Once all the listed drivers are installed, restart your computer.

How to Install IMO Discovery II VCOM Drivers

1. Download and extract the android-vcom-driver.zip file on your computer.
2. Open Device Manager on your computer by right-clicking the Windows Start Button and selecting Device Manager.
3. Once the Device Manager loads, click on your Computer name.
4. Now click on Action and then on Add legacy hardware.
5. Now Add Hardware Wizard window should open. Click Next to continue.
6. Now select Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced) option and click on Next.
7. In the next screen, select Show All Devices from the list and click on Next.
8. Now click on Have Disk… to launch Install From Disk window.
9. Click on Browse… and navigate to the folder where you have extracted the Android VCOM drivers in Step #1.
10. Now open Win 7 folder and select usb2ser_Win764.inf driver file if you have the 64-bit version of Windows, otherwise choose usb2ser_Win7.inf file if you have the 32-bit version of Windows. Once selected, click on Open and then on OK.
11. Select MediaTek DA USB VCOM Port driver from the list and click on Next.
12. Confirm the Hardware driver to install and click on Next to begin the installation process.
13. Once installed, click on Finish.
14. Follow Steps #3 to #13 again and install the MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM Port, MTK USB Debug Port, MTK USB Modem Port, and MTK USB Port drivers.
15. Once all the listed drivers are installed, reboot your computer.

How to Install IMO Discovery II USB Drivers Manually

1. Download and extract the latest_usb_driver_windows.zip to Desktop on your computer.
2. Open the Device Manager on your computer by searching device manager (devmgmt.msc) from Windows Start Menu.
3. When the Device Manager window opens, click on your Computer name.
4. Now click on Action and then click on Add legacy hardware.
5. Now Add Hardware Wizard window should open. Click on Next to continue.
6. Now select Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced) option and click on Next.
7. Now click on Show All Devices from the list and click on Next.
8. Now click on Have Disk… to open the Install From Disk window.
9. In the Install From Disk window, click on Browse… and navigate to the folder where you have extracted the drivers in Step #1.
10. Now select android_winusb.inf driver file and click on Open and then on OK.
11. Now select the Android ADB Interface driver from the list and click on Next.
12. In the next screen, confirm the Hardware driver to install and click on Next to begin the installation process.
13. Once installed, click on Finish.
14. Follow Steps #3 to #13 again and install the Android Bootloader Interface driver and Android Composite ADB Interface driver.
15. Once all the listed drivers are installed, reboot your computer.

How to Install IMO Discovery II ADB and Fastboot Drivers

1. Download and extract the 15 seconds ADB installer zip package on your computer.
2. Now right click on the adb installer setup exe file and click on Run as administrator.
3. Now a command prompt window should open.
4. It should say, Do you want to install ADB and Fastboot? Press the Y key on your keyboard and hit Enter.
5. When it says, Do you want to install ADB system-wide? Press the Y key again and hit Enter.
6. Now, the ADB driver and Fastboot driver installation process should begin.
7. When finished, it should say, Do you want to install device drivers? Press the Y key and hit Enter.
8. Now the "Device Driver Installation Wizard" window should open.
9. Click on Next to install the Google USB Drivers (WinUSB).
10. Once installed, click on Finish and restart your computer.
