Download and extract the Mobistel USB Driver package to Desktop on your computer.
Once extracted, open the folder and run the Install.bat file.
Now, the Mobistel Driver installation should begin. You'll encounter the Windows Security window several times during the installation. Click on "Install this driver software anyway" option every time.
When the Mobistel Drivers are installed, press any key to close the CMD window.

Download and extract the 15 Seconds ADB installer zip file on your computer. Once extracted, you'll find the ADB driver installer setup file.
Right-click on the ADB installer setup file and select Run as administrator.
